Day 2 in the Mcilwraith house (oink)

Jenna hasn't been too well for the past few weeks but I started seeing a difference in the way she was acting etc, that with the fact we all woke up feeling very ill, so I phoned NHS24. They told me that we all sound like we either have minor symptoms of swine flu or that we maybe just have a flu and its very hard to tell. The nurse sounded worried about Jenna because of her age and she was having more severe symptoms that us. She's on Tamiflu at the moment and it is so hard to get her to take it! No liquid form of the drug was available, so I have to open capsules and sneak it into her food or give her it in something sweet to disguise the taste. BTW it is the most vile thing I have ever tasted and you can taste it in everything. I've resorted to the moment by giving her it mixed in with her calpol but I think I can only do that for so long before she just refuses. I'll keep updated with how shes getting on, at the moment she is just very lethargic and grumpy.

As I was feeling slightly better today I started trying to get on with some house work because the flat was an actual bombsite. I know I should be resting but whenever im sick I seem to step into cleaning mode and sweat it out (yum) until I feel better. Living room is done, kitchen is mostly done and I have some vegetable soup on the cooker for later. Trying to let Jenna sleep but I don't think shes able to get comfortable.

Holiday is 9 days away and I've got all my fingers and toes crossed that we can still go. Obviously if Jenna is not well then we will cancel but I just hope we can go :( I've been so stressed lately and I really need to let my hair down and have some time to myself. I did some retail therapy last night on the computer to make myself feel better.

Mm look at that beauty. Scott shruggged his shoulders and went 'that ones alright, except its pink, I dunno.. your the on that has orgasms over cameras not me'..I do not! Mmm sexy pink camera ♥♥♥

Fiona's hen night was brilliant! Lots of drunken behaviour and I fell on my ass. Classy act that I am. Loads of pictures at my facebook account.

Sorry I haven't been updating much! So much stuff to do lately. Avon order is coming in on Monday then I need to try and get my next load of orders before I go on holiday, eep! Just a little over 3 weeks till I go, brilliant!

Back to work on Tuesday, Wed and Thursday. Friday, off to the MIL for dinner and a catchup. Saturday morning back to EK for a SW meeting and my next weigh in! And then I am going home to get ready for Fiona's hen night - wooo I'm so excited! Sunday, worst for wear probably, dinner at my grans to see my Aunty Beth whos up with my cousins from London.

It's going to be a busy week and I am going to make the most of this weekend and TRY to relax as much as possible. Although saying that I do need to catch up on housework and washing etc. A womans work is never done.

Oh n btw I got my 1/2 stone sticker bringing my total weight loss to 8lb!

Hola, I've ordered a couple of dresses for a friends wedding and I can't wait for them to arrive! I hope they come soon, hopefully one of them will fit me :)

Speaking on weddings, Fi's big mad hen night is on the 25th of July. Hurrah! Getting held in the Hummingbird on Bath street, fun times. We reallllly, well I reallllly wanted the glitter room but I think they have booked the Posh room.

Tomorrow is a lovely day off and I am getting my new fridge freezer delivered by my landlord. I hope that it will be in good condition and here on time! Nothing more interesting to report for now.
